Portwrinkle to Seaton
This is a spectacular stretch of coast path, passing high above unreachable sandy beaches and with views to Rame Head and the Dodman Point. It takes about 1.5 - 2 hours. If you want to do a one way walk, consider taking the bus from Hessenford to Crafthole, then doing this walk to Seaton combined with the walk from Seaton to Jopes (another 1.5 hours)
There is a cafe in Portwrinkle and a car park. The beaches at both ends of the village are lovely. The coast path climbs steeply and if you look back you will get great views of the village with Rame Head in the distance.
You will pass a couple of beautiful beaches which the birds have to themselves as there is no path down.
Looking forward on a clear day you can see right down the Cornish coast. In this photo Looe island is in the distance and Dodman Point is a smudge on the horizon. On the clearest days you can see the Lizard - 80km away.
As you come down the hill into Downderry you can look back and see this beach - it's a lovely walk for another day - see the beaches section.
From Downderry to Seaton you can walk along the beach at all tides.
